Zoo visit with cousins.

It's always fun to head outside for some play time with cousins.  We continued to enjoy really mild weather in December.  Basically Winter really never arrived this year.  Which isn't necessarily a good thing, but we tried to enjoy it while we could.

Just proof of what a beautiful day we had chosen.

       LOVE this silly one.

Proof that Grandma and Baylee were there.

I enjoy our little Utah zoo.

Nothing like a big guy riding a cow.

We headed down to Cornbelly's like we do every year in October.  It was REALLY crowded this year which made it not as fun as it's been in previous years.  Normally we've gone on opening weekend, however this year we were down in St. George that weekend.  So we were stuck going a couple weekends later, and it was also kind of late in the day.  Not to mention pretty cold.

The kids all had fun regardless of course.  Anytime the cousins get together is guaranteed to be a good time.

Zarley giving her buddy, Oliver a ride.

Man .. I miss this hair.

Trip to the Zoo and another birthday party

So we headed up with the cousins to the zoo for the day.  It wasn't super hot yet, as in we hadn't begun the summer 100 degree heat wave we still can't seem to shake.

My kids have sorely missed hanging out with their cousins as much as they used to.  When they get the chance it's serious party time!

I have no idea why my kids have angry faces and Mike's have big smiles.  Turds.

This baby elephant is still the cutest!

Oliver REALLY enjoyed looking at all the animals.

Those boys SO wanted to pet that snake but they were too chicken.
Oliver is the only one that did because I helped him.

The lego animals were kind of cool.

After the zoo we headed back to my parents house so that Jackson could have his family birthday party.  I was really so so proud of how genuinely happy and excited he was about every single present that he got.  He really had a good birthday and you could tell he loved everything.  Good manners are really very important to us.

Excited much??!

Fried Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich?

No thanks.

I don't like peanut butter and jelly sandwiches period. I think they are disgusting.
Definitely an American thing because we just didn't grow up eating these.
However, I would be willing to try a deep fried snickers or twinkie even.

We headed down to Cornbelly's again this year. This is one of the best events this time of year. I really looked forward to going and it did not disappoint. I always buy my tickets through the KBull deal online so it's cheap and so much fun for the kids.

I am so behind on blogging so this will be a post of pictures.

Awesome face painting.

This was new this year.  The kids could build houses with giant Lincoln logs.  So cool.
They would have played here for a long time given the opportunity.

I love love this giant moppy hair.

These were really fun too!
I think easier for the adults than for the kids.

Bounce houses.

REALLY cool haunted houses that end with a stinky poop smelling slide.
Grandma's favorite.

We met up with my BFF Rebecca and her kiddos for a little while.

Jackson did the mini zip line (along with Owen, Xavier and Zarley).

Racing ducks.

I wish I could bottle up that Happy Mike and give it to himself for "rainy" days.
Oh how I miss that smiling face.

Finally rolling around in corn kernels.
I found many a corn kernel in my washer for many loads after this day.

This was such a fun day!!

Cornbelly's = TWO thumbs up!
