Zoo visit with cousins.

It's always fun to head outside for some play time with cousins.  We continued to enjoy really mild weather in December.  Basically Winter really never arrived this year.  Which isn't necessarily a good thing, but we tried to enjoy it while we could.

       Just proof of what a beautiful day we had chosen.

Cooler than I expected.

We randomly got talked into going over to the Sandy Balloon Festival in August.  I wasn't that excited to go but we dragged the kids over anyway.  It was better than I expected.  Not really much to say about it but here are some cool pictures I took while we were there.  We stayed for maybe an hour before we headed back home.  Jackson did at least get to pull the lever and make the fire .. that was cool.

Quick trip to Lagoon

Every other year my company has their summer picnic at Lagoon.  It's the closest thing we have a an amusement park here in Utah.  I realize that I grew up very spoiled in California with Disneyland and Six Flags at my fingertips.  But Lagoon is a fun day.  For whatever reason I didn't take very many photos this day.  Evan and Rachel joined us for awhile which was fun.  We also took Zarley with us and that worked out really well for Jackson because he had someone that wanted to go on big rides with him.  Then the two of them headed off with Evan and Rachel for awhile.  All in all I felt like it was a great day.  We stayed until they closed.  And those kids were TIRED.

Jeramie told me all about how good at this he used to be.  So I agreed to give him cash to waste on it.  Let's just say the guy behind me laughed when Jeramie went.  It was really funny.  But hey, those runners calves look fantastic!!

We headed down to Cornbelly's like we do every year in October.  It was REALLY crowded this year which made it not as fun as it's been in previous years.  Normally we've gone on opening weekend, however this year we were down in St. George that weekend.  So we were stuck going a couple weekends later, and it was also kind of late in the day.  Not to mention pretty cold.

The kids all had fun regardless of course.  Anytime the cousins get together is guaranteed to be a good time.
